- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Well,I went in before the April deadline and had my returns completed or so I thought.Months later I contacted the State to find out about my refund.I was then told they had never received any Tax preparation Documents.I contacted H and R Block and found out my Tax Documents we're never sent in.Not only that but The Preparer had never had me sign my returns.Oh!
